My experience at Oui Cater AZ Valentines Dinner

I have always wanted to go to a tasting menu dinner. This dinner was out of a dream; it was at Agritopia farms which is beautiful. The long table was surrounded with stunning citrus trees. When we first walked in, we were greeted by a photographer and Hors d’ oeuvres. They were little from perfection; the mushroom Wellington bites were savory and delicious, the shrimp was perfectly seasoned with the lemon, and the tuxedo strawberries were so sweet. However, the chocolate from the strawberries would fall off and crack, so eating it while standing was a challenge. They also had drinks which my parents said were spectacular. The main meal was everything I dreamed of. I cannot name one dish that I did not love. My favorite dish of the night has to be the citrus pork tenderloin; I have a soft spot for citrus glazed meat. Something about the combination of the sour lemon and the hearty pork satisfied my pallet. However, I did not like the dessert. The pavlova did not have as much flavor as I hoped. The experience overall was amazing. The staff were very nice to me and my parents and asked how I liked everything. At the end of the night, my family and I were given champagne and macarons. But the macarons were squished, which isn’t their fault. Overall, I totally recommend and loved this experience, and I would do it again.
