Carne Asada Street Tacos

When I decided to make a cookbook, I knew that I wanted to include these tacos. This is by far my family’s favorite recipe I have created. The citrus that I marinated in the meat always stays even after I grill the steaks. I am very excited to share this recipe with you and hear your comments with this meal. 5 servings, takes 1 ½   hours.

Recipe:

2 pounds of strip steak

2 lemons

2 limes

1 large navel orange

1/4 of olive oil

½ cup of cilantro-chopped

4 garlic cloves-minced

1 tsp cumin

1 tsp salt

1 tsp pepper

1 avocado

2 tablespoons butter

Brown rice or any rice of your choice

Flour tortillas, 1 for each taco
