Strawberry-Rhubarb Pie

Happy summer! My favorite part of summer is definitely the sweet fruits that are produced at this time. I was chatting with my grandmother about her favorite fruits this season and she said the sweet strawberries has to be her number one.

I had never made a strawberry-rhubarb pie before, but I was up for the challenge. Amazing on its own and even better with a scoop of cold vanilla ice cream, strawberry-rhubarb pie is definitely one of my favorite pies..
